The Thongsbridge girls Orla Cooper, Georgia Draper and Lucy Margetson have been in action this weekend. All three girls have recently moved up to the 12U age group and have been working hard to improve their rating. This will allow them to enter higher grade tournaments in the next season. They all had a successful weekend playing in Matchplays in Birchwood, Cheshire, Batley and Queens Tennis Club in Halifax.

Georgia had a great weekend managing to win all four matches and Orla came home with two wins. Lucy’s target was to improve her serve and forehand and despite not managing a win the coaches were happy with her progress.
