Sauna

The sauna is on during the below times

Monday to Friday 07:00 – 21:30
Weekend 08:30 – 12:00

If you wish to use the sauna outside of these times, please inform a member of staff at least 40 minutes before you wish to use it.

If you wish to use the ladies’ sauna please inform a member of staff at least 40 minutes before you wish to use it allowing time to reach the optimum temperature.

There is a charge of £2.50 for non-members
