Padel Syndicates

• All syndicates operate on up to 10‑week terms.

• Bookings run for up to 10 consecutive weeks.

• At the end of each term, all groups must reapply.

• No automatic renewals.

• The club has 2 covered padel courts.

• Only ONE court per eligible time slot may be allocated to syndicates.

• The second court must remain available for general member bookings and club activity.

Syndicate bookings are only available at the following designated times:

• Choose either a 60‑minute or 90‑minute booking – some of the bookings are limited to either 60 or 90 minutes leaving no gaps in the booking system. 

• The duration must remain the same for all 10 weeks

• A full list of players must be submitted with the application – up to 8 players are allowed per syndicate. 

• Member syndicates may include non-members.

• One group organiser must be appointed – organisers are only allowed to supervise one group per 10 week booking slot.

• A player may appear in a maximum of two syndicates groups per rotation.

• This applies across all days and times.

• Once a player is in 2 groups, they cannot join another.

• Full term payment is required upfront.

• Missed weeks are non‑refundable.

• No credits for holidays, illness, or unplayed weeks unless the club closes the courts.

• Casual substitutes are permitted as a one off. 

• Permanent replacements must be approved by the club and meet the 2‑rotation limit

• Juniors may join a syndicate only if they are competent, experienced padel players and meet the playing standard.

• Any group with juniors must have at least one responsible adult (18+) present on court.

• Juniors may be in a maximum of two syndicates.

• Late‑evening rule: juniors cannot join bookings finishing after 9:00pm on weekdays and weekends.

• The club reserves the right to reject or adjust bookings.

• The club may limit participation to ensure fairness.

• Persistent breaches may result in loss of booking privileges.

• Members will get priority on syndicates – if a syndicate slot isn’t taken then it will be offered to non-members. 

• Non-members are allowed to be in 2 syndicates – there needs to be a balance between members and non-members in original applications.
