Kitchen Operator Vacancy

Thongsbridge Tennis & Fitness Club is looking for a permanent part-time Kitchen operator. 

Hours of work: 

Monday – Friday  

3.30pm - 7pm 

Availability for extra hours Tues – Thurs lunchtime during school holidays 

Applicants will be solely responsible for running the kitchen 

 

Applicants must provide an excellent level of customer service at all times. 

Duties will include: Preparation of simple food orders and delivering to customers and serving on the cafe bar.   You must have a high standard of health and hygiene and ensure all areas, equipment and crockery in the kitchen and stores are clean.   Fully stocking all fridges and snacks and keeping them well presented.  

Previous experience of working in a kitchen and food and hygiene level 2 preferred.

Bar Operator Vacancy

Thongsbridge Tennis & Fitness Club has an opening for a bar operator to begin in May
Hours of work:
Saturday 5.15pm to 10.15pm
Sunday 5.45pm to 10.15pm
Suitable for one or more applicants (please specify your choice)
General duties will include:
The running of the bar and café seating area, keeping tables and areas clean at all times.
Serving hot and cold drinks (barista training will be provided).
Keeping the bar stocked and correctly rotated.
The upselling of products and events whilst serving customers.
Ensuring the cleanliness of all crockery, equipment, shelving, fridges and ice cream freezer.
Accuracy when using and balancing the bar till.
You will be required to securely close the club.
Applicants must provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
