The gym team are continually striving to improve the studio timetable. Hopefully you will have already made use of some of the new classes we have to offer. Wednesday evening is proving popular, and soon Jermaine will be taking over the Boxercise class 8-9pm.
Monday morning Aerobics and Abs will be changing to BLT (bums, legs and tums) so please don’t be queuing at the cafÃ© bar for a bacon lettuce and tomato butty!! Don’t forget about fitting in a lunchtime Express Workout. These are held in the studio 12.30 -1.00 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We now have a new Yoga Instructor, Carmen Morris, the classes are proving popular and include a 15 minute relaxation at the end of each session. Book early to avoid disappointment!
