Holding the Fort by Debbie & Debra
Multi Tasking at its best can only describe our front of house team: We have Ami and Debbie who look after Reception, Debs and Tom quenching our thirst at the bar and Ashlee and Simone looking after our tummies in the kitchen.
Financial Update – David Chell
Since arriving at the Club one of the main tasks that I have undertaken is to review all aspects of the business. Whilst the business is generally in good health the review has identified a number of areas that we need to focus on. One of the main areas, as highlighted at the recent AGM is that of financial performance.
Which Charity for 2014/2015?
The club asked members to put forward suggestions for a good cause/charity in which all our members could support throughout the year, whether it be fundraising, donations or a sponsored walk…… here are the nominations:

After leaving the Thongsbridge clubhouse they navigated a network of paths through fields and woodland in and around Brockholes, Thurstonland, Farnley Tyas and Castle Hill, returning around the rim of the valley with superb views. Thanks …
Thongsbridge Warrior’s Race
Well done to the Thongsbridge Warriors Fitness Team who all completed the 5miles and 1500ft ascent of the Ilkley Moor Fell Race. In the 25th anniversary year of the race, the route includes a lap of the famous Cow & Calf Rocks before crossing the Ilkley skyline, then back to the finish. It was a tough race battling through mud, …
Thongsbridge Warriors represent at Total Warrior
The most fantastic, epic fun you can have. More mud, bogs, and sludge than I have seen in my life. The team battled through all the 25 obstacles and after swimming through mud, rivers, being electrocuted, set on fire and climbing 8ft walls they survived and earned their titles as Thongsbridge Warriors. From the start Anthony Phillips and Kaye Chawner …
